Transition Cambridge is working towards building a stronger, more resilient community with the capacity to adapt to climate change and energy price hikes, while supporting local people to thrive. Current projects include community gardens, community supported agriculture, home energy usage, repair cafes and more. Volunteers are invited to get involved in a variety of ways to support Cambridge's transition to more sustainable and environmentally friendly ways of living.
